Honolulu is a small city with an incredibly diverse population, making it one of the most interesting small cities in the United States. Located on the island of Oahu, Honolulu has a great public transportation network that allows for easy access to many of the island’s world famous beaches. Although there is an abundance of cultural activities in Hawaii, many students choose GEOS Honolulu for the nature activities available.

  I am Yukari. I came from Japan. I've stayed in Hawaii for 10 months. I was a public servant before I came here. I wanted to study English abroad, so I quit my job. When I worked at the city hall, many people from other countries visited there. When I explained something to them in English, I felt enjoyable. I've liked to study English since I was a student. I want to communicate with foreigners by my own English. Now I can do it better than before I came here. I got a lot of friends who are from various countries in Hawaii. I think it's wonderful to be able to talk with them in my English as I like. To be able to speak English might help to broaden our outlook.
